At Tumblers Pakistan, we want you to be completely satisfied with your hydration gear. If your product is damaged or defective upon arrival, you can return or exchange it within 7 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate a Request

  Contact our support team via WhatsApp or email with your order number and clear photos of the item within 7 days of receipt.

• 2.
  Quality Inspection

  Our team will review your request to ensure the product is unused, in its original packaging, and qualifies for a return due to manufacturing defects.

• 3.
  Ship the Item

  Once approved, securely pack your tumbler and ship it back to our Karachi-based fulfillment center using a trackable courier service.

• 4.
  Receive Refund or Exchange

  After receiving and inspecting the returned item, we will process your replacement or issue a store credit refund within 3-5 business days.
